Richard has twelve years’ public sector experience, including senior roles in corporate strategy, commissioning, and organisational development.

Richard has experience of working in a political and financially driven environment having led on a number of high profile efficiency reviews and other major strategic transformation projects. This included integration with health Partners, leading on delivery of a shared Section 75 and Better Care Fund programme and member of the Joint integrated Commissioning Executive.

Richard has also spent four years working in the private sector with an international investment bank – including working in Chicago.

Richard has a Masters with Distinction in Communication, Culture & Society at University of London: Goldsmiths College.

Mark is experienced in delivering transformation, whole system change and providing strategic direction across the public sector and charities. He has extensive experience of working with local government, health & social care, children & family services and not-for-profit organisations.

Mark is driven by making a radical and lasting difference to lives through connecting ideas, people and resources to challenge the status quo and stimulate real social innovation.

Mark has a proven record in programme and project management, operational and change leadership and strategic commissioning, having been a national finalist in the Health and Social Care Awards for delivering a major restructure and modernisation programme.

Mark has a strong aptitude for financial analysis and commercial awareness having project managed the spin-out of council in-house services into separate independent businesses (social enterprises). Hands-on experience of budget and financial management across operational and strategic roles such as a Non-Executive Director and charity Trustee.

Michael is driven to help people & organisations transform to become the best versions of themselves.

Michael is experienced in digital transformation and communication. He has been the manager of the Bromley MyLife website since 2012 and has lead on numerous transformation projects across Bromley Council and local partnerships.

Michael has spent over 15 years working across commissioning, policy and partnership working in local government, including authoring Bromley’s first Commissioning Strategy Framework for Children’s Services, managing the Bromley Children’s Trust and being the departmental lead for strategic engagement and user voice. He has spoken regularly at national and local conferences about his work and lessons learnt.

Michael is the Founder of Burning Leaf Creatives a creative design studio which provides brand, product, transformation and web design services.
